Distribution licence for the ACF® toolkit

1What the licence covers

This toolkit, its cards, matrices, cases, diagrams, taxonomies, decision models and the order it gives them form a work protected by copyright.

The name Agentic Commerce Framework®, the acronym ACF® and the associated distinctive signs are registered trademarks. Making the toolkit available transfers no right over those trademarks.

2What teaching use allows

The toolkit is made available free of charge to educational institutions, teachers, students and researchers, for:

• ·reading, consulting and downloading;
• ·teaching, training and non-commercial academic work;
• ·workshops, case studies and internal exercises;
• ·quoting limited extracts, with clear attribution to the Agentic Commerce Framework®.

A teacher or an institution may pass the whole file, unmodified and free of charge, to their students, teachers and staff, on a closed course space or within an identified course, provided the document stays complete and keeps its version and these terms.

Any use keeps the authorship, version and intellectual property notices carried by the documents.

3What requires prior written permission

• ·reproducing, modifying, adapting, translating or redistributing a substantial part of the toolkit;
• ·removing, hiding or altering the copyright, trademark, version or provenance notices;
• ·publishing the toolkit, or a modified version, under another name, another brand or white-labelled;
• ·embedding the cards, matrices, cases or methods in a commercial consulting, training, certification, software or platform offering;
• ·selling, sublicensing or monetising the toolkit, even in part;
• ·extracting or reconstructing the content to build a competing product, framework or service;
• ·using the toolkit to train, evaluate or enrich a competing model, agent or artificial intelligence system;
• ·implying that an organisation, programme, course, tool or certification is approved, certified or affiliated with ACF® without written agreement.

Free access to the toolkit is neither an assignment of rights, nor a commercial licence, nor permission to create derivative works. All rights not expressly granted by this licence remain reserved.

4Professional use

An organisation may use the toolkit to discover the framework and evaluate it internally. Use at scale, embedding it in operational processes, access to the digital tools, the sector editions, the certifying programmes or the deployment services fall under separate offerings.

5Version, evidence and traceability

This toolkit is an identified version of the ACF® corpus. Its versions and changes are documented, timestamped and kept in a traceability register. Both the priority and the integrity of each version rest on deposit and timestamping mechanisms. The manifest shipped with the archive carries the SHA-256 fingerprint of every file.

6No warranty

The toolkit is provided as is, free of charge, without warranty of any kind. It is a governance and teaching tool, it is not legal advice. The regulatory mappings it indicates are indicative and do not amount to a certification of compliance.

7Suspension

This licence may be suspended or withdrawn if any of its conditions is not met. Any unauthorised distribution may give rise to the appropriate measures for the protection of intellectual property rights.
